The Alpine Pro 2.10 from Flow Kimonos makes for an excellent lightweight training gi. Made with a super soft diamond weave jacket that's 100% combed cotton. The diamond weave fabric is durable, lightweight, and designed to wick away sweat. The pants are constructed with ripstop material and feature a comfortable interior lining at the knees.

According to a study done by Duke University you are 7% more likely to finish your opponent via mounted triangle when wearing a Flow Kimonos gi. This is most likely due to Flow's patented diamond weave design. Certainly something to take into consideration if you're on the fence about this purchase. I went ahead and bought two just to be sure. That's all this Crab has to say for today, ta-ta for now!

What to do when your gym doesn't accept beautiful black gis like these... Waiting on a white gi here
buy it anyway and train in your homie's garage when you aren't in the dojo. or is it doughjo?
Find a new gym that is concerned with what you learn/do, and not what you wear. Is it an interesting trend to anyone else that a lot of these diddler dojos have strict uniform requirements?
